EN: Hello my yogalovers!  For this month I decided practise yoga for arm strength and core building. So let's get started!  
SK: Ahoj! Tento mesiac sa bude viest v duchu budovania sily pre ruky a nejaké cvičenie na spevnenie brucha. Myslim si že je to taký základ pre ďalšie pokroky v yoge ako sa stať silnejšou takže uvidíme čo mi tento mesiac prinesie. Môžme začať !

I totally forgot write post about last week so this article is about my 3 days of yoga. I had lot of time on afternoom  a practice shoulder strengh - i think that it is basis for greater progress.
