BEAUTY session | Gentle contour and highlight

This rubric will be about tips - tutorials - how I use beauty products ... Well, let's go read an article: how to contour and highlight your face .

SK| Ahoj, vitaj v novej rubrike "Beauty session" !
Táto rubrika bude o tipoch - návodoch - produktoch ktoré používam...  V tomto článku sa dozvieš čo potrebuješ na jemné kontúrovanie tváre  za pomoci lacných produktov. Preto nemusíš investovať do kontúrovacej paletky ktorá stojí najmenej 20€. 
 

At first you need these products :
Potrebuješ tieto produkty : 
  1. Cream (Mixa anti-redness cream) | podkladový krém
  2. Foundation (I used bb cream) | make-up (ja som použila bb krém)
  3. Bronzer | bronzér
  4. Primer ( Catrice prime and fine: illuminating base) | rozjasňovač
  5. Powder | púder
  • Apply the cream on the whole face (if you have dry skin)
  • After that - apply foundation on your cheekbones,nose, above jaws, in middle of forehead and chin.
  • (1) Highlighting : apply illuminating base under eyes, nose, forehead  under nose.
  • (2.)Next is bronzer - contouring - mix bronzer with foundation and put it on cheeks and edges of face (forehead, side of nose, jaws, chin, under lips).
  • At first blend lighter places on your face and then you gradually shift to darker places. Blend it everything.
  • Put powder on and you are done!

  • Nanes krém na celú tvár (pokiaľ máš suchú pleť)
  • Potom nanes make-up na lícne kosti, na nos, na stred čela, nad sánku, na stred brady
  • (1.)Takisto nanes aj rozjasňovač hlavne pod oči, na lícne kosti nos a čelo
  • (2.)Na okraje tvári zmiešaj bronzér + make-upom (aby sme mali tmavší odtieň) - okraj čela, sánky, brady, boky nosu, pod perou
  • Rozotri najskôr bledšiu časť a potom prejdi k tmavšej .
  • Nakoniec nanes púder a ak chceš (2.)zvýrazni ešte líca s bronzérom

EN| I think building strength is important - every process further depending on the strength. If you want to do handstand you must have power in your arms and belly. Lots of poses depending in power of belly! This core strength exercise which I do this week is like a good basis !

SK| Budovanie sily je veľmi dôležíté - každý nový posun vpred zavisí na sile. Ak chceš robiť napríklad stojku musíš mať silu v rukách aj v bruchu. Veľa póz zavisí od sily v bruchu - či je dostatočne spevnené .. Preto toto cvičenie, ktoré cvičím tento týždeň je dobré ako základ, ktorý ťa posunie v pred.

YOGA | Christmas yoga presents




EN| Yes, how you can see, I've got new stuff for yoga and exercise.I love these bright colours of these goods. An yoga mat is something what you really need, I actually have one in grey colour, which was my first one.
I wished Yoga dumbbells for some time and now I have these 0,5kg heavy. As you might have noticed they have orange colour which I like on sporting goods but on normal things like décor, clothing I hate bright colour like orange or green:D.

  EN| Yeah I start with new stuff - "yoga" dumbbells. These have 0,5 kg. It's enough if you do one kind of exercise 2Ox ;).  It's good to try something new.  I am still do yoga with Tara's videos !  She is amazing for beginners, also for somebody who do yoga for long time!

Have you tried these dumbbells? 

SK| Konečne začínam cvičiť s týmto činkami, ktoré majú síce "len" 0,5kg. Nezdá sa to, ale je to dosť keď robíte cvik 20x a pravdaže viac cvikov v sériach. 
Stále cvičím jogu podľa Taryných videí - sú super pre začiatočníkov aj pre niekoho kto cvičí jogu nejaký ten čas !

EN| Hi guys!  Yesterday was my 21th day of Yoga. I know that I didn't post any article for couple month - and now I feel guilty. So yesterday I started or continued my routine ! 

SK| Po dlhšej pauze sa zase vraciam k mojej rutine s jogou. Síce som neprestala úplne, ale pravidelné cvičenie to nebolo. Preto sa vraciam k začiatočníckym cvikom a videám, ktoré sú super ak ste už dávno necvičili !
Pri cvičení je dôležité aby ste to nepreháňali a cvičili s ľahkosťou a nie bolesťou. Keď už vás nejaký sval začína  príliš ťahať až bolieť v tedy je ten správny moment kedy prestať a nájť taký ťah ktorý nebude bolestivý.

Festive season is coming !  I think Christmas is my favourite season in year. We burned last candle  on advent wrest, we eat 22th chocolate treat from advent calendar and we also decorated Chritmas tree!

 Happy second Advent ! I can't wait until Christmas become, my awesome mood is only because everybody talking about it when I read all of articles and watch that vlogmas on yt. 
In these pictures is -M and me from couple months ago. We were inlove with that highheels ! omg they were so pretty - I really love blue colour.  Unfortunately, my purse wasn't full enough, because of #studentlife.

SK| Dnes začína už druhý adventý týždeň! Moja Vianočná nálada je stále väčšia a každým dňom sa neviem dočkať Vianoc na ktoré nepretržito čakám. 
Na týchto fotkách je moja kamarátka -M. a ja, ktoré boli fotené pred pár mesiacmi. Veľmi sa nám páčili tieto topánky na podpätku  a mne aj ten trenčkot, do ktorého som sa hneď zamilovala. No bohužiaľ moja peňaženká nebola dostatočne plná na to by som si ich mohla kúpiť #studentlife.

STYLE | Feeling Festive !

Hello in beautiful December ! Finally, this cosy month started /yesterday/ and I wore this festive outfit today. For me these colours are very Christmassy - green and red are colours how to feel in this way - aren't they?

This olive green sweater cost me only 8€, it was really good purchase in C&A, also in sale I bought these perfect high-waisted jeans for 8€,too. Are you happy about low prices in shops as I am ?

SK| Nastal slávnostný decembrový čas a práve dnes, som sa cítila veľmi Vianočne. Tento outfit má tie  pestré farby, ktoré by som si za iných okolností nedala na seba. Lenže je čas Vianoc a zeleno-červená paleta farieb vystihuje toto obdobie najviac.

Tento olivovo-zelený sveter mám z C&A za 8€, čo je super cena. Taktiež aj moje obľúbené rifle s vysokým pásom za 8€ - zľavy sú super pokiaľ viete v nich nakupovať  /čo mne sa stáva veľmi málo/. Určite uvítate aj vy super nízke ceny v obchodoch. Radi nakupujete vo výpredajoch ?

Yes I am ˝living in˝grey colour - it's my favourite, easy combinable and easy wear. This shade/colour (doesn't matter it is called) is immortal. You should own grey pieces of clothes in your wardrobe. I really like to see autumn burgundy(my bag) or dark green... with grey-black-white.

Hello ! How you enjoying this weekend ? I was chilling all day yeasterday, becouse i was in school danceball and i was dancing all friday night.

Good Autumn day to you, people! Today topic is about inspiration - where you can find it and how use it - to be useful. It's important not dreaming but really use inspiration for something, which we want to make easiest etc.

On the internet are plenty of websites where you can find perfect pictures,  videos .. And I want introduce to you some of my favourite - apps/webs.

Weheartit (here is link to my account) - There is lot's of pictures and there I am only dreaming about beautiful interiors, food, men /haha/. But also I am looking for good collections in one theme - for example : topic study or learning .. I found really good ideas for nicer notebook.. or topic art, paintings. And of course fashion,fitness...
I usually use app in my phone.

Pinterest - The most popular website. You create boards with some topic/theme and pin and pin pictures for that board. Easy how to stay inspired. Try pin only important picture for you. If you find a picture in a website, which you want for pinterest

Spotify - Not only pictures are good inspiration. Music is great to be one. best app in my phone or pc is Spotify. The best playlists, the best selection of music. And you can create your own playlists save songs ...

Today is Happy-Lazy-Monday!  At school I get mark 3 from history ..ughhh. Hah I end school with "3"style!  Well, finnaly I could write a post and it's evening!  Time is going really fast. I am thinking more abut my shoulder to make them stronger-  this is thing that I want to achieve. Wish me luck!

Dnes bol pre mňa lenivý pondelok. Ráno som do školy ani nechcela zájsť, možno kvôli písomke a skúšaniam.. nakoniec z písomky mám asi najlepší pocit - že tentokrát som to nedokašlala "hurá"!
Nakoniec som skončila záver dnešnej školy s 3 z dejepisu - tak to dopadne keď si to ani nepozriete a viete že bude skúšať celú hodinu. Takže konečne som sa dostala aj ku písaniu tohto článku - znova som trošku pozabudla zaznameať včerajší challenge deň, ktorý bol v skutku biedny.
No, ale teraz myslím len na to, s čím ďalej pracovať. Najviac túžim po silnejších rukách, takže preto to dnešné cvičko! Držte palce!

Photography | How to reach goals




When I was thinking why I want DSLR Camera - were couple of reasons. For example I wanted better and quality photos for my handmade product, also for outfit photos...
But now, when I really own my own dslr (almost year) I've been and I am realizing, that not only products, blog photos are important for me, but some more creative photoshoots I really love about this Thing. I am trying understand this machine how to do the best for better the best! -/maybe it doesn't sense, but for me does/

And how to reach your dream goal ?!
I wanted camera for couple of years, one year I was sad when I didn't get it for Christmas or Bday. But now I know, it wasn't right time for it! Everything has the right time, So W A I T !
I'm proud of myself that I earn money for this not cheap matter.

Autumn Fashion Essentials


Autumn is one of my favourite season, because in this time I feel cosy and in the evening I have lot's of time for myself - have a bubble bath, lot's of candles in room, rainy weather - perfect for cup of tea or chocolate, reading book or watching favourite TV serial.
But also go to shop and get some new autumn essentials ! Here is my list with couple of them.

1. HATS - are my favourite accessors, it makes outfit more interesting and fresh.

2.  SCARVES - when is cold outside is good for warm up and also perfect for refreshing boring outfit

3.  Gloves - I think this is useful thing for A/W  and is really chic, so buy some !
